Adams Office Center
Crow Group was the Construction Manager for the historic renovation of the Adams Office Center in downtown Morrilton. Originally built in the early 1900s, the 2,100 sqft building is one story with masonry load bearing walls and a wood frame roof system. Crow Group worked with the National Park Service Department of Historic Preservation to make improvements to the exterior that kept with the original look of the building. Interior work included upgrades to plumbing, electrical, and mechanical as well as the finish out of office space, bathrooms, breakroom, and print shop.

Case Farms Waste Water Treatment Plant Construction
Crow is provided construction management services for the construction of a 2 MGD wastewater pretreatment plant for the poultry processing facility in Goldsboro, NC. Major project components consist of a complete aeration system, HDPE lined earthen basins, sludge filter press, chemical feed system, and several pump stations and associated office, lab, storage buildings.
Con Agra Engine Room Improvements
|Crow was the General Contractor adding ladderways and platforms to the roof, structural steel reinforcement in the maintenance shop, electrical room, and engine room no. 1 to prepare for re-roofing at a later date at the Con Agra plant in Russellville.|

Crow was the Civil Designer and Construction Manager delivering the new construction of a stand-alone Cicis restaurant in Russellville. The 4,000 sqft. facility included a commercial kitchen, commercial buffet, dining area, drive-through-window, and large game room.
Hot Springs Airport Terminal Apron and Taxiways Rehabilitation – Phase IV
Removal and reconstruction of Taxiway “A”, northeast of Runway 13-31; removal and reconstruction of a segment of Taxiway “A”, southwest of Runway 13-31; removal and reconstruction/reconfiguration of Taxiway “E”, north of Runway 5-23; extension of Taxiway “G” to the new Taxiway “A”; expansion of the Terminal Ramp with bituminous asphalt pavement and the associated pavement marking and taxiway edge lighting reconfiguration and signage.

Delta Heritage Trail Phase V – Rohwer to Watson
Crow was the general contractor completing a 9.4 mile expansion to the Delta Heritage Trail in Southeast Arkansas for the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism. The project was located between Rohwer and Watson, Arkansas in southeast Arkansas and included the construction of two trailheads– grading, drainage, asphalt parking areas and concrete sidewalks and picnic areas, restroom facility and pavilion; construction of 9.4 miles of bike/walking trail; and removing 6 railroad timber bridges and replacing with steel truss bridges and concrete bridges.

ARDOT Highway 9 Improvements – I40 to Solgohachia
The purpose of this project is to improve safety on 2.99 miles of Highway 9 in Conway County. The project consists of clearing and grubbing, removal and disposal items, earthwork, aggregate base course, achm binder and surface courses, cold milling, achm patching of existing roadway, minor drainage structures, concrete ditch paving, erosion control items, rumble stripes in asphalt shoulders, centerline rumble stripes, pavement markings, maintenance of traffic, and misc. Graves-Foster Water Treatment Plant Improvements
Construction is in progress on improvements to the Graves-Foster WTP including: install, complete, ready for operation, and field test a 750,000 gallon pre-stressed concrete clearwell with aeration system, a new finished water pump station to include pumps, process piping, instrumentation, electrical and HVAC equipment, and all site work and yard piping to support the project.

Crow Group Corporate Headquarters Renovation
Crow self-contracted the design-build of our corporate headquarters in downtown Morrilton. The project included the total renovation/restoration of a 20,000 sq. ft. Coca Cola bottling plant that was originally erected in 1929. Our crew completely gutted the interior and restored many of the original details while also modernizing the space to meet the needs of our growing company. The finished product includes the addition of solar panels, 30+ workspaces, two conference rooms, a corporate event space, and an employee gym.

AHTD Tourist Information Centers
Crow was the general contractor completing construction of three new tourist information centers for the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department in 2017. Two of the new centers are located along Interstate 40 between Hazen and Fredonia (White River) and the third is located along Interstate 40 Eastbound between London and Knoxville (Big Piney). The tourist information centers are outfitted with self-service kiosks that feature the AHTD’s travel and construction information site as well as access to tourism and other travel and weather information. They also include a greater number of restroom facilities that meet the latest Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, are more family friendly, and feature baby changing stations. The project also included construction of new maintenance buildings and a separate parking, vending, and bathroom area for truckers.

Blanchard Springs Visitor Center Improvements
Crow was the Design-Builder for the U.S. Forest Service’s Blanchard Springs Caverns Visitor Information Center improvements. The scope of work included facilitating the design and executing the construction for the visitor center plaza entry with play area, parking area, and two access roads to the attraction. The project resulted in increased accessibility and seating for visitors and a safe play area for kids visiting the attraction.

Lonoke Clarifier Dome Installation
Crow was the general contractor providing the construction and crane installation of a 66′ diameter clarifier dome with natural ventilation louvers and airflow adjustment dampers. Complete structure made of aluminum alloy to include structural framing, panels, and hardware.

Two Rivers SD PE/Safe Room

Tupelo Bayou Wastewater Treatment Plant Odor Control
Crow was the general contractor completing construction of odor control improvements at the 65 acre TBWWTP. The project consisted of the installation of two separately located and operated odor control systems including construction of concrete equipment pads; installation of odor control vessels, blower fans, and related electrical controls; and installing a series of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) ductwork and PVC ductwork. The completed system pulls air from high odor producing sources through the ductwork and into the odor control vessels, and the vessel processes absorb and eliminate hazardous odorous air.
